No-to-low interest loans for energy improvements. for residents in Cass, Clay, Jackson, and Platte counties in Missouri and Johnson and Wyandotte counties in Kansas. No income restrictions.

Energy and water efficiency upgrade loan program with low, fixed rates where you make payments through your property taxes. Borrw up to 15% of home's value. Currently only available in Jackson County, Missouri. 

Low-interest loans for eligible energy efficiency measure through Independence Power & Light. Up to $15,000 for improvements including insulation, windows, and HVAC.
